Your purchase will be shipped using Australia Post. All items will be posted with a tracking number.
Shipping within Australia you can choose between standard and express shipping.
When shipping outside Australia we use Standard shipping. If you would like your item to be shipped Express or via another company, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to assist.
Please note: With international orders Customs and duty fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At VILUND DESIGN, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful and unique quality jewellery.
Jewelry and stones are delicate items and should be handled with care. Please note that wear and tear, including the breakage of stones in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Happy customers are the reason why we’re in business. If you purchase a piece of jewellery and it doesn’t fit, doesn’t look like you expected or just doesn’t feel right, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’d be happy to exchange it or process a full refund, less postage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns or exchanges must be safely re-packaged and posted back to us, unused and in their original condition. Please make sure you provide us with a tracking number when returning items. We’re unable to organize refunds or exchanges for items that we don’t receive.
If the item is faulty or not as described, exchanged items will be re-delivered free of charge to the original shipping address. If an item is exchanged due to an incorrect order or change of mind, any shipping costs for re-delivery of the item are payable by the buyer.
Exchanges and returns are not possible for sale items.
